The Underwriting Department takes personal responsibility to instill confidence and trust, and to develop our most accurate understanding of each unique member’s exposures, in order to fully protect all AMLJIA members.

Draft Legal Documents

In early November, Pete Sprague sent a letter on behalf of the Board of Trustees proposing changes to the AMLJIA Legal Documents. These changes will provide us with documents that are consistent with each other and will allow the AMLJIA to better serve the membership.  The current documents require a two-thirds vote of the entire membership in order for changes to be adopted. We are asking that you review these changes and submit your signed resolution to the AMLJIA no later than February 1st, 2010.  As always, if you have any questions please give us a call at our Anchorage office.
