Get good legal advice to help you do your job. Receive advice on discipline problems, department restructuring, and employee termination. The AMLJIA hotline gives you direct access to employment law specialists. To help you avoid legal nightmares, attorneys are available to answer your employment law questions BEFORE you act. They will let you know if you are facing a potential liability issue and how to best proceed.

The AMLJIA Employment Law Hotline is available to all members in good standing, at NO CHARGE, as a risk management service. Thirty minutes of advice will be provided per issue. If the issue requires more time, you will be advised to contact counsel of your own choosing, or to contact AMLJIA for authorization to provide further time beyond the 1/2 hour limit.

When you call the hotline, an attorney from Longenbaugh Law Firm, LLC, will ask you for the names of employees and others involved so that records can be checked to ensure that no conflict exists. You will receive a call back to discuss your question as soon as the conflicts check has been completed.

Consulting this hotline does not obligate the member to use the further services of Longenbaugh Law Firm, nor does it prevent the member from retaining the services of Longenbaugh Law Firm, LLC.
